Re: problem using pressure-sensitive tablet

Thanks brynn and druban! Problem solved!

I've edited the preferences.xml file. Now I do have pressure-sensitivity.
However the tablet has to be plugged-in while launching Inkscape.

Re: problem using pressure-sensitive tablet

In the Inkscape preferences I have unchecked: use pressure sensitive device in the Inkscape preferences. So now my tablet always works, be it without pressure-sensitiviy. Still no fix found. The forum threads are not about pressure-sensitivity as far as I understand, but rather can I draw with my ta...

problem using pressure-sensitive tablet

I am trying to use my Wacom tablet in conjunction with the calligraphic pen. At first I could draw with the tablet without pressure sensitivity. In order to activate pressure-sensitivity I set the input devices to screen mode. Then I could not draw at all with the Wacom Stylus. However drawing with ...

Re: Shortcuts not working

Today I got an update from Comodo.
It appeared to be an upgrade to Comodo 5.
My Ctrl problems are not present in combination with Comodo 5.
So a happy end.

Re: problem with function plotter extension

thank you sfranky,

I use the Dutch language. Now I have changed that to English but the problems remain.

As far as I know I do not have an autohotkey script running.

My problems started when I replaced Inkscape 0.47 with Inkscape 0.48.

Re: problem with function plotter extension

Today my problem returned. With both the spray tool and the shift key.

So it was not caused by the installation.

Re: problem with function plotter extension

thank you very much prkos,

When I installed Inkscape 0.48 I did not close all windows (on my Windows computer).
I thought that should not be a problem. So when no problem was found with Inkscape, I uninstalled Inkscape. And installed it again. From then on I haven't had any problems. Thanks again.

Re: problem with function plotter extension

Getting 9 when using shift on it only happens in Inkscape. Shift + click to add objects to a selection is no problem. However I now found out that the shift is also does not work within the text tool. So the problem seems to be text related only. What could be the cause of this? P.S.: I also have pr...

problem with function plotter extension

I would like to plot a sine function.
In order to get that I have to type sin(x) in the function field.
This gives me a problem because I cannot enter the brackets.
The shift key does not work. So instead of a entering a ( sign, I am entering a 9.

What am I doing wrong?
