Thanks Papooch for the fix. I had the same problem with a preview version of Windows 10 [Version 10.0.18329.1]. I installed the fonts by going to Control Panel, Appearance and Personalisation, Fonts I dragged the font file into this Window and the font was added. I went to Libre Writer and the font ...
