I had to play around a little as I downloaded Inkscape only a few days ago, but I managed to make it have the shadow effect.

Thanks for your reactions :) Actually, how Adobe Reader opens the file is more to my liking, so I'd rather have Inkscape open it that way :P As I only know how to convert .ai to .svg using Inkscape, this is the .svg file created by Inkscape (i.e. in which that glass effect is lost): http://scovervie...

I just downloaded a vector graphics set in .ai format from: http://www.webalys.com/design-interface-application-framework.php. When opening the file library-colors.ai in Adobe Reader, it looks different than it does in Inkscape. What could be the problem and how can I make Inkscape show it as it doe...
