Re: Successful JPG workflow
Hi brynn, your care for this forum is amazing! Thank you. Yes, you can add image into html page by <img> tag, but it is another story. I need bitmap in inkscape for final visualisation of the page. But, you suggest me an idea (by mention about format conversions). As PNG format is able to store data...

Blending of object with pattern
Hi,
I just found sublayers.
It solves me my blending problem.
But, now I am trying to set up blending mode of the layer with object filled with pattern, and it doesn't make anything. Is there any working way how to blend such object?
Thank you very much for answer.

Successful JPG workflow
Hi, I am creating web layout and I want to import jpg bitmap. But I found this: If I just import jpg and then export it, its quality goes down. It is poor quality right after import. Image is snapped to grid. Do you have any working workflow for this task?
Thank you.
Thank you.

Re: Getting a picture inside an object
I think you are looking for this:
- duplicate outline object
- move it above your fill logo (position and movie it to top (home key) also)
- select both objects
- menu -> Object -> Clip -> Set

SOLVED: Re: Imported bitmap looks like blurred
Thank you for welcome. :-) I was trying all the things, and included bitmaps still looks blurred. But, at the end, I did try to export final bitmap again and it was ok. I found, inkscape probably just optimizes bitmap rendering. So, what helps was snapping bitmap image to grid (position/dimensions),...
