I appreciate the help, Lazur, but since I cannot figure out how to change the bounding box from visual to geometrical, I am just going to leave them as imperfectly sized. It doesn't matter that they are imperfectly sized because I am scaling them down, anyways, and they will end up matching in the p...

I will try those out. Thanks a bunch! I realize now that this is a UK site, and I should supplant "." for "," in the case of numbers. The "599,36" pixels was just an example number of how Inkscape was treating the properties, and in the case of "599,36" I only...

I am trying to enter an exact width and height in pixels for created elements based upon calculations I've made for a webpage; however, if I enter say "599.36" pixels for width and then click away (or press Enter), the program seems to choose numbers pretty far away from that number and ve...
