"Flow" gradient?

Hi people :D I'm trying to fill quite not simple obiect and gain this efect: http://s8.postimg.org/hb4rry4td/gggggggggggggggggggg.jpg GIMP has its own option to make this kind of gradient, but i can't find it in Inkscape, and have no idea how to do it in alternate way. Please help :roll:
