How do I export as PDF? I can only seem the export as PNG. And if I export as PDF will the background still be transparent as it is with the PNG export?

Good Morning! Disclaimer: I am new to Inkscape I and don't much about it. I created a logo that I want to use on some T-Shirts for our bowling team. I contacted a local T-Shirt company and asked them what file type I needed. They said they want it in PDF format with the highest resolution I can get....
