I see on Inkscape roadmap for 0.47 version that the GUI will support tab document (http://wiki.inkscape.org/wiki/index.php/Roadmap#GUI_effort). This will mimic the Xara X user interface. Is it already implemented? Because when I search the setting in 0.47 pre 4, I don't see any clue.

I've downloaded Inkscape for 0.47-pre-4 and run it on Windows XP 32 bit. The newest feature I like so much is Stroke Shape for pencil tool which include the Ellipse shape.
