Apple/Cmd Key Modifier in OS X?

Can I change Keyboard Shortcuts in Inkscape?
I currently use Pixelmator and am hoping Inkscape (and Gimp) will round out my suite.
Pixelmator (via OS X) and Gimp allow Keyboard Shortcuts to be changed. I can't see this anywhere in Inkscape. Does it exist?
