is there a way to set direction for all path the same, or only by selecting one by one?

You can reverse the path direction of many paths at once (select them, then reverse).

I don't know of any way that sets it to 'the same' direction, though - and while that would be possible for closed paths, I'm not sure how this could work for open paths.
To speed things up a bit, by better visibility, you can turn on the path direction markers in the settings: Edit -> Preferences -> Tools: Node.
