Should a Windows XP installation typically give zero errors in the file extensions-errors.log?

This is my error file:

Hi.

The errors are real. I started getting the error messages after installing the latest dev version.
Either the python file which the inx file references are missing or contains an error.
On receiving the same errors I 'cleaned' out my extension directories and the log file is now clean.
In addition Inkscape starts a lot faster.
