roland cutter

please help how can I send a file to be cut on my cutter I have an old roland but it works great but dont know how to make it work since it was given to me

Ask the person who gave it to you for the user manual! If they don't have it, try searching online, especially the Roland website, and hope that they have an online version of the manual.

you need cutting software

and i beleve rolland has adons for Adobe illustrator and add on for corel draw
or

if your using windows or mac -- flexi - signGO - sign blazer - wincut - just to name a few

if your using linux there is 2 that can work for you - TUX PLOT and INK CUT

i have 3 videos on youtube for linux search "linux vinyl cutting" there is videos how to set it up and run a vinyl cutter in linux

sign blazer is a free windows cutting software

flexi is a great cutting software but its not free (windows)

then linux has 2 that you can use with that inkcut or tux plot
