Inkscape User Manual

I write a German user manual on PDF inkscape 0.46. In this book are screenshots of Inkscape. I would like to publish the book.
I'd like to have your permission.

You should probably contact the developers, and I'm guessing the best way would be via the mailing list. Here's a link:
