Design finished can i change the DPI?

Hi,

I have my design all finished in inkscape and didn't realise that it was set at 96 DPI for export to PNG.

thanks to the forum posts i have found the preference setting to change this to the 300 DPI i need in future projects.

However after i have changed the preference. My DPI in the export screen is still stuck at 96 DPI.

Is there a way to change this without having to redo the entire design?

I need to export the design at 300DPI.

Maybe the dpi setting in the export dialog?
