Hello. I am brand new to Inkscape, and I am considering using it to draw large visual study aids.
Is there a way to link from one object to another object within the same drawing? For example, in PDFs and Word documents, you can create pairs of links and anchors so that clicking on the link takes you to an anchor somewhere else in the document; or in Prezi you can set up links and anchors so that clicking on one object causes the presentation frame to zoom in on another object far away. Could you do something similar with large drawings in Inkscape? I'd like to add a dimension of interactivity to my study aids.
I've figured out how to link to webpages from my drawings, but I haven't figured out how to link to other places in the drawing itself.
Linking between different objects in the same drawing
