Hello to all im new and whant to know how to develop a feature

the feature is based in http://mathworld.wolfram.com/B-Spline.html and microsoft expression uses this and is a very good mode to draw or cut photos

bsplines sounds similiar to the newly created feature, Spiro splines, in the dev builds.
