I'm trying to make this but I'm having trouble all around. If I could see someone make it, then I could replicate it. I basically need a rectangle with curved edges and an arrow drawn on top of it. Then have text below it, then put it all on an angle.

But where exactly do you have problems?
Have you checked a basic tutorial?
