Can you recommend a good tutorial for the pen tool?

I have a lot of trouble using the pen tool. I'm not that familiar with how Bezier curves which I'm sure is part of it, but also, I'm never sure when to drag, when to left click, when to right click, etc.

Can you recommend a good tutorial that is step-by-step or a video that shows exactly how one uses the tool?

I would really like to learn how to draw curves and how to use the handles.
