Hi Folks ... I haven't been playing with Inkscape but a couple of weeks so I'm pretty green.

I'd been drawing arcs and circles and suddenly all the options for the ellipse tool are grayed out. I can only draw and ellipse or circle. All other options are grayed out. I've Googled the topic with little success. I've tried setting the preferences with no luck. The condition persist in the file where it first started, and it's the same way in new files as well, so It's not a condition particular to one file.

If this is covered in a previous thread I'll gladly go there once pointed in that direction.

Hi.

You probably clicked on the reset arc to ellipse icon in the ellipse tool's toolbar.
Drag the arc handle and move it a bit, so the input fields wil get active again.
