Inkscape 0.92.1 Bugfix release

Hi everyone,

Inkscape 0.92.1 has been released, with a couple of important bugfixes, especially for handling Inkscape files from older Inkscape versions (key word: line-height), pasting of Path Effects, and a couple of crashes.
If you're using 0.92, you should definitely upgrade!

Developers are trying to make releases much more often.
