Windows 10 programs do not update

Hello
I installed a Windows 10 laptop, but the problem is that the programs are constantly being updated, causing the overall cost of Internet access and the internet to slow down for my other tasks.
How can I stop these updates and be able to update apps whenever I ask myself?

Is it inkscape that is being constantly being updated or all programs in your W10 ?
If this is the second then I'm afraid you're not on the right forum.

Looks like spam to me.
Something doesn't work? - Keeping an eye on the status bar can save you a lot of time!

While at best, the question is posted in the wrong forum (and at worst, spam), I will comment that the inability to control Windows 10 updates is one of the many reasons I ditched it, and reverted to Windows 7. Hope to switch to Linux soon.
