Hello everybody! I have to create virtual biological tissue from confocal microscope images. For i have to digitalized biological images by using Inkscape. What is your main goal?
Writing an extension that can draw an aproximate calculated structure of the actual image,
or
some well traced vectors from your microscope images?

Skimmed through your link TL;DR , one small part of the long process detailed in it might be easy to achieve using the extension Voronoi Diagram from the extension menu (under generate from path.)

Oh dear! I didn't even think they were adding extensions, I assumed this one had been around 4 a while! Thanks for the info, ~suv!

The main goal is to redraw cells architecture and topology from confocal microscope images. I think the Voronoi Diagram could be good for this case. So how to apply Delaunay diagramm? I am using Inkscape french version.
