Hi,
I would like to know the proper (easiest?) way of setting 'fill' for the area pointed out by the attached .png.
The area is bounded by two lines, part of the right inner circle and a sub-part of the overlapping left circle. With this in mind, is it possible in some way to join these intesecting paths to create a new shape, and set fill for that new shape?
Or should it be done in a totally different way?
A newbie question I guess, googled but couldn't find a proper answer.

Re: Fill area from intersecting paths?
Howdy,
I'd just use the bucket tool with settings to grow the generated path by a few px.
Using the bucket makes a new path that can be lowered in the z-order behind the black strokes of the surrounding shapes.

Have a nice day.
