I'm new to Inkscape, so the pb is probably mine :
To make it simple, printing on A4, 6mm margin right and left, 5mm margin top and bottom, the last centimer is not printed (last on paper, first with inkscape coords)
Page is only one layer with multiple objects surronded by a rectangle, all in one group. Printed objects are otherwize correct in size, just missing 5mm not printed (+ 5 mm margin = the centimeter)
AFAIS It's not a printer pb, other apps print correctly
windows7, lexmark s600, A4
(I appologize for my bad english, it's not my language)

printing pb, missing 1 cm
Re: printing pb, missing 1 cm
Welcome to InkscapeForum!
I doubt that I can help much with this. But I wanted to suggest trying to print another Inkscape document. Any other, doesn't matter. I'm thinking this might help to possibly isolate the problem to the document, or not.
I don't know much about printing at all. But I have had trouble printing things with such narrow margins as you're using (just on my home printer). I always thought that the printer must have somehow imposed some margin limit. But I never did solve the problem, I finally just had to reformat my document with bigger margins. (that was an hp printer, and several years ago)
Hopefully someone else will have more informed suggestions

Re: printing pb, missing 1 cm
I've tried some other documents, simpler being just an A4 document with a rectangle and the result is a rectangle with a missing side on the paper. I've also tried some printer options, as 'print without margins', but with same results.
My document is for labels printing, so I can't reformat it
I've also tried to export as image and print the image. Argh... the objects image is smaller than it should - thought properties of file is correctly sized to A4
I guess that Inkscape have internally some mismatchs with formats...
Next step, I'll try to cheat with paper size...

Re: printing pb, missing 1 cm
and lol
printing on A4 + 1cm (ie 210x307) Inkscape adjust vertical coordinates, that's normal, and horizontal too and that's not. Now I lost left and right sides of my rectangle.
I can deal with vertical with a ratio, but why are horizontal coords adjusted ? I've left it to 210mm. grrr
