Dear Administrator, I just created an account because I have an issue with Inkscape, which I posted about in the Help section. However, I was unable to upload the image or PDF that shows the problem (hitting the 'Add the file' button after browse-picking my file did nothing but erasing the filename).

Can you please make sure that I do have the appropriate permissions?

I think this issue has been discussed in this topic: Where can I upload my images?
If I understand correctly the only way to insert/attach images here is to upload your image somewhere (in a public folder or service) and then link to it using the [img] tag. (Hover on the "Img" icon just above the post editor for info on how to use it).
