Well, I posted 10 hours ago in Inkscape Help forum.
How much time is needed to pass so I can see my post, or will I see it at all?

Please accept out apologies for the inconvenience. We've had such a terrible problem with spam that we had to take this action, in order to provide a quality environment.

Visitors can still post messages as guests in some forums, but their messages will have to be approved, before they appear in the forums. Also the first 5 messages posted by newly registered members have to be approved. After that, members' messages will appear instantly, as usual.

We do our best to approve messages in a timely manner. But as we are all volunteers, there may occassionally be extended hours before such messages appear in the forums. These particular 10 hours have occurred overnight in the US, and if I have my time zones in order in my head, it's Monday morning in Europe and Australia. So it's just a hard time to cover. But the result is that you will no longer see spam in these forums!

I guess I picked the worst timing

And I understand the reasons for this precaution, as I suggested just the same on a forum where I'm regular (unfortunately they don't/can't accept it), as those spammers are such a pain, as we all know
