Saving the layout

I'm just getting started to use Inkscape, but I'm already liking it.

I however, unable to find out how to save the window layout I have set up, so every time I start the program I have to make the Layers and the Fill and Stroke window visible and align them the way I like to use them.

Is there anyway to save the layout of the windows?
