Rearrange effects in filter editor
Is it possible to change the order of primitive effects in filter editor? When I try to drag a filter up or down with a mouse, it comes back after releasing the button.

Which version of inkscape ?
The primitives effects can be moved by drag&drop in my version of Inkscape (Inkscape 0.48+devel r12011)

I have 0.48.2 (portable)
[Edit] After installing the non-portable version I can now drag and drop those effects.
[Edit2] The problem is, the non-portable version is very unstable and it crashes every 2 mins or so (that was the reason I used the portable version)
[Edit3] Well, both 0.48.4 versions, portable and non-portable crash the same way. So I'll reverse to my old portable version 0.48.2 which is stable, but unfortunately does not have draggable effects in filter dialog.
