Hi all,
I'm a newbie to Inkscape (and drawing tools in general), so I apologize if my question is naive.
I want to use Inkscape as the "whiteboard" for an educational video project. I'll be writing (mostly) equations using the Pencil tool. However, the path that is produced when using the Pencil tool always displays a beginning and ending node when writing any character or symbol. I understand the usefulness of these nodes, but for my videos they are a distraction. Is there a way to hide them? Thanks!
Dave
Ability to hide path nodes while using the Pencil tool

Hi.
To my knowledge the answer to that question is no.

You can use the calligraphy tool without displaying unwanted marks, but that may have some artifacts.
Like producing too many unnecessary nodes.
