I can recommend the 2nd one, I use it all the time.....well, the online version. And in fact, the online version is the one you'll find in Help menu > Inkscape manual. It lacks only some advanced tutorials, compared to the book, as far as I know. Please see my signature for the link.

The other 2, I've heard of, but not read, so can't offer any comments.
