Well, I been working hard to learn how to use Inkscape for my own personal enjoyment. And I've made a lot of progress over the last year. But now that I'm beginning to feel comfortable with most of the basics, I'm finding that my work....how do I say this...it isn't very artistic. Especially composition is an area in which I would like to improve. I don't seem to have any trouble with inspiration -- there is more I want to do than I'll ever have time for. But expressing it in an artistically pleasing way is something I'd like to work on improving.
I've read the Elements of Design tutorial from the Help menu, but I'm looking for more good info like that. Can anyone recommend some resources that I might use to learn more about this, for example, websites, articles, blogs, forums. And certainly I'm only approaching art as a hobby, so it doesn't need to be like University level stuff. But I would like to get a good handle on the basics, or at least try to

Does anyone have an idea where I might find this kind of information and/or support?
Thank you very much
