looks "done" to me, apart from the only odd looking join for the two thin spirals that meet to make a circle, bottom right corner. a quick fix, if i may be so bold, convert one of them to object and select some nodes near join and convert to auto-smooth.

Oh gosh, I don't know how I missed your comments!
Were you just thinking to smooth out that little circle? It's all one...not sure if it should be called a path....spline maybe? Anyway, I can't convert any part of it, without converting all of it. That's why that little wisp is there at all. I just couldn't get rid of it, without losing the rest of it.

But I'm still curious what you would want to achieve. Or in other words, what you want to change?

Edit -- Oh I see. I only just now finished watching the whole tutorial. So it looks like what you suggest would make that thin loop just thicker or heavier. Right? I think I'll watch the tutorial again though.

Anyway, thanks again for your comments :D

only fairly recently found out why it is that we mostly see face shapes in clouds and other objects. Apparently the human brain is wired that way as we're a very social animal, and facial expressions being very important in communication and all. and (quite thankfully) there's no obvious face shapes in this drawing, so holds more attention/intrigue.
