feature is no longer available. Does anyone know if this feature has been discontinued in inkscape or is this feature still on the roadmap for Inkscape v0.49+.

the attached image is from a LINUX/MAC OS release not sure which one, I am running (more like crawling) on Window's Pissta, I mean Vista.
