Hello!
I am editing one book with origami diagrams and I have received one diagrams like svg file, where the object is locked by some tool and I really don't know what it is.
When I open it in Inkscape, I can see only white page, with some covered object, but when I save it as a pdf, there appears a comlete colored picture, which has vectors lines.
Please, could somebody help me with unlocking this object on individual lines and atc.?
Thank you

Try Menu: View>Display Mode>Normal
Have a nice day.
I'm using Inkscape 0.92.2 (5c3e80d, 2017-08-06), 64 bit win8.1
The Inkscape manual has lots of helpful info! http://tavmjong.free.fr/INKSCAPE/MANUAL/html/

Hi!
Thank you for your answer, but it still doesn't work.

Re: Problems with unlocking a object
Hi.
File probably originated in a pdf format before at a point
-it was a group of a clipped group of a group of a path with a pattern fill made of a group of a group of a clipped group of a group of 220 objects-.
Removing the unnecessary parts (by looking at the bottom indication field), here is the result:

Re: Problems with unlocking a object
It opens normally for me (Windows 7, 64-bit, Inkscape 0.91, 32-bit).
I'm not quite sure how it got to be like this. But the whole image seems to be a pattern! Here's how I got access to the individual objects.
-- Do Ctrl + a (select all)
-- Click Ungroup a few times. Watch the status bar with each click, and when it no longer says "Group of...." and instead says "Path 4 nodes...." you should see the Fill indicator in the bottom-left corner showing "Pattern".
-- Object menu > Pattern > Pattern to Object
-- Continue clicking Ungroup until it says "No Groups to ungroup" in the status bar
Or I have a new file attached where that's already done. I couldn't save the actual file, because it seems to be write protected. But I copied everything into a new file, and that's what is attached.
