Bartovan's vectors

Postby bartovan » Wed Mar 30, 2016 2:32 pm

So I've been regularly using Inkscape for a couple of years now and making a lot of stuff with it, so I thought it might be a good idea to share some of it here, and also follow a bit more the work of you guys here.

I'm not an Inkscape wizard at all, but the program just fits me remarkably, I just love it and always come back to it, also because I have this strange fetish attraction to slick and neat Bézier curves that stay slick and neat with any zoom factor, to bold colorfields but also to gradients, blurs and opacity, and Inkscape does all this for me in a way that is pretty intuitive to me (or at least, it has become so after the initial vector-initiation-learning-curve). So a big thank you to the developers, which I will make sure to also materialize in some financial backup on occasions, as I have done in the past (but never enough of course). If ever I become stinking rich selling Inkscape-made images, I'll be sure to share the millions with you guys developers  Anyway, may your lives be :tool_spray with happiness and love :D

So here in this thread go some images concocted by yours truly, feel free to comment or ignore them, whatever feels best.
In case you have a profile on one of the services where I post them (see my signature), and you like an image, I would greatly appreciate a like/share/comment... there also, in case you feel like it, I think everyone who creates something can relate to that so no need to explain further.

So here goes :D

So here's another one, different style altogether. I love clean, flowing curves. Called it "Smart kiss". This one got to be a staff pick on Tumblr and yours truly was very surprised to get 1400+ likes/reblogs out of nowhere :D People love kisses ;)

:)
They are coming out of a smartphone. After that, it's up to you what you see in it :)
It's not a commission or anything, it's just an image that popped into my head...
