How to change line color ?

How to change line color ?

I know it's rite in front of my face, I cant figure out how to change the line color so I can have a different color for each layer? I can change the fill colors but I cant figure out how to change the line color ?
Can someone tell me how to do this?

In the lower left corner of the screen is a preview labeled "stroke: ". You can double click this preview to open the dialog. Otherwise the short cut is to hold shift while left-clicking the stroke color you want to apply.

Object menu > Fill and Stroke > Stroke paint tab

Plus what LiquidAsh said :D
