we published a life and online demo of inkscape today on our online plattform softwaredemo.de.
Maybe you will have a look to it (-: Because our plattform is still beta, offline-time's of the
demo will happen (sorry for this ..)

That's really cool. It looks like a great way to test Inkscape without going to the trouble of installing it. It seemed to work perfectly.

Nice to hear. At the moment, java must be available on the client - we will lauch a
simple (native) 1.2MB Windows-EXE/Linux/Mac client in the next 2-4 weeks, so
everybody can access the demo without accessing out "Sun Desktop" page in the middle of
the launch process ...

Other opensource products like gimp (login: gimp, password gimp), eclipse (login/password: eclipse),
evolution (evolution/evolution) or openoffice3beta (ooo3/ooo3) are still available (try it .
Our website will be updated in the next 2 days to reflect these software too.
