Open Source Commenting System
Does anyone know of an open source commenting system/script? I have a website running under Comic CMS. It's a decent cms but its commenting plugin is useless as it has NO moderation whatsoever. I need something like Echo/JS-Kit, but I'd like to keep my site fully open source.

Try looking into Drupal and contributed modules for comments.
