SVG to DXF command line converter

I am trying to figure out how to use Inkscape to convert an SVG file to DXF using the command line. I am not sure if it is possible. Anyone know if it can be done.

It is currently not possibly possible from the command line [*] without opening the GUI - have you tested pstoedit as workaround?
