Hi,

When I've tried to import .dxf files, not much happens. I've tried several .dxf versions, however, they are all produced by Draftsight.

A small thing that looks like an object generally appears on the lower left corner, but nothing really is there when I try to stretch it. Seems like others have had good results trying to import .dxf files, but it hasn't worked for me so far. I'm using Windows if that matters.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

And if you look inside the saved inkscape svg file, what do you find?
Also just had a quick look on the Draftsight product feature list...and it apparently can export svg format.
