How to see what filter you used.

Is there a way to see what filter you used on a stroke/object? I used a filter that I really like on stroke/object and now I can't figure out which filter I used.

Yep, select the object and go to Filters > Filter Editor. There could be a bunch of them if you're using more than one in your document, the one applied to your object will have a check mark.

Note, however, that if you apply more than one filter (from the Filters menu) to an object, the filters get combined into a single filter. In that case you'll only be able to see the name of one of the filters you applied. When auditioning filters it can be easy to accidentally add more than one at a time, so make sure you undo sufficiently between each test to avoid such confusion.

You can find out without opening the Filters Editor. Just select the object (with Selection tool) and look at the status bar.
