Carnival mask

Postby marydonata » Thu Mar 03, 2011 11:23 pm

I draw a mask, with Inkscape. I'm improving my knowledge about this good program.
Here is the mask: Image
What do you think about?
Thank you for your attention.

Oh, very nice! And what do you know, just in time for Mardi Gras.
I don't know if you have a reason for having the eyes opaque, rather than transparent?
Other than that, I think it's great! I love bright colors :D

very nice mask. I'd also suggest making the eye part transparent.

Thank you for your replies. I think your suggestions about the eyes are right, but my knowledge about Inkscape is not as good as yours.
I made the mask without eyes, and then I draw them, and I thought that it was better to make them white.
I made what you suggested, and this is the outcome: Image
It was easy, all I had to do was thinking about! I made difference between the mask and the eyes! Thank you for your input!
