I'm using Windows 10, trying to download Inkscape 92.4 using either download link at https://inkscape.org/. It just acts like I haven't clicked anything. I've restarted and I've searched to see if this is an issue but I don't see that anyone else has had this problem. I'm not even getting to the install stage. Thanks.

I'm not sure I understand. Did you download the file? Which file did you download?

I think he or she is saying that when they click the download button, nothing happens.

I've just tested all the Windows downloads, and they are working properly.

What I'm thinking is that the website might have been slow at the time you were trying to download. Try waiting 5 or 10 seconds, and see if it starts. When you click to download, you should be redirected to another page, and a few seconds later, the little download window will open.
