Above that is Inkscape and OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard with 6196 views and another OSX topic, which suggests there's a lot of OSX users having trouble with Inkscape. Most people find this page when searching "inkscape snow leopard".
But the top of the list is Cartoon penguin with 7438 views. This is thanks to lots of people performing Google image searches with the terms "Cartoon Penguin". Foomandoonian's penguin is fifth in Googles search results, so he should be very impressed
Needless to say, there is an unsatisfied demand to use Inkscape on Macs and to be able to edit EPS files... and pictures of penguins.
