How do I displace/wrap text around an object?

How do I displace/wrap text around an object?

I have been searching for this solution for a while but cannot figure it out or find it.

I am trying to make text displaced by an object. How can I do this? I have attached

If that doesn't make sense, take a look at the image below. The red line is the margin I would like to create, so the text will go all around it no matter where I place it.

You can do it using flowed text. First create the "reverse L" container, select the text and the container and flow it into the frame.
just hand over the chocolate and nobody gets hurt

Sorry, I have only been using Inkscape for a few days now. How do I create an object with that shape? Take a look at the pic... this is what I am picturing from your instructions:
