i'm a new user in the forum (only became active recently even if registered years ago :D )

Is there a forum I can use to show some my works (inkscape) or is that considered spam? XD

You can present your works in either in viewforum.php?f=8 and/or in your personal Inkspace (= gallery) at inkscape.org.
Something doesn't work? - Keeping an eye on the status bar can save you a lot of time!

But not upload. Whatever the logic behind that is....
However you can upload files in most of the other parts of the board.
