This is a bit exaggerated, but here's a visualization of what I mean, with what I see currently:
And what I'd ideally like to change it to:
I've looked high and low but can't seem to find any setting to increase the display size for the handle points so that my target is larger. Of course I can zoom in to find one point among a tight cluster of others, but the on-screen size of each handle point never grows, so my target when mousing over is the same size but just spaced father apart from those nearby.
I'd greatly appreciate a way to edit this, as I waste a great deal of time missing the intended point I wish to click on, and have to either deselect if I grab the wrong one or try again if it hits empty space. Needing to lower my mouse speed for one program is the only suggestion I've come up with, but isn't useful since I need to pick up and repeatedly swipe to make my way across the screen, making it even more time consuming and rough on my carpal tunnels.
I only use Inkscape and passionately recommend it over Illustrator, despite needing to squint and take my time. I don't suppose it would be too friendly when I get older, I'd hate to struggle with this as an elderly person. Is there any existing solution to this, and if not, may I please recommend this option for improved assistance for the handicapped use-case?
Thanks so very much, and please keep up the fantastic work! I'm a huge fan and greatly appreciate everyone's hard work to make Inkscape amazing.
