Whenever I save this image as PNG, my font which looks and works fine in the program turns into this:

This may be caused by a problem with a recent Windows Update, but it doesn't look quite the same as the others. Could you give us before and after screenshots of the same text? These 2 screenshots can't be compared with each other. Or is there something missing from what you meant to show us? Thanks

1. What it looks like in the program. Expect for the first panel, which should have the bottom line to the right, I don't know why it doesn't.

2. What it looks like when saved as PNG.

Did you say "Save As PNG"? Try using File menu > Export Bitmap. If you still have the problem, try selecting the text, and do Path menu > Object to Path. Note that the text will no longer be editable as text. So if you need to edit the text later, be sure to save it somewhere (hidden layer) so you don't have to type it all again.
