Hello,

I am attempted to export multiple pngs from on svg image. In the past I used an extension that was in the following post:

The DL link in that post is now broken and I am not even sure it would be compatible with the latest Inkscape release.


The exported images need to be the same overall size and the images need to hold their relative position to one and other. The extension I referenced above allowed for that. If I try to use the built-in exporter the overall image sizes vary which is of no help to me.

Any thoughts?

Looks like it might. The other exporter use the object ID's for the filename which was helpful this one doesnt seem to allow for that option but I might be able to make it work.

If you make it work, e.g. by adding a checkbox for the file name source from the id, can you push that as a fork and share the link here?
The developer of the extension has put it into 'archive mode', so would probably not accept merge requests (but it's worth a try), but others may like that new option, too.
