I'm working with tables. Text in the table cells is placed at the top of the cell by default. I need it centered. The only way I have found to center text vertically is in Properties>Column>Top. I must do this manually with every table cell. Is there a better way? It seems that there should be some way to adjust the vertical placement in Styles but if there is a way I haven't found it.
Thank you,
Richard

Welcome Richard!
You must either be using a development version of Inkscape, or an extension which does not come packed with a stable release. I say that because I'm not aware of any tables feature for Inkscape. Someone else may well know the answer, if this feature is in a dev version (maybe druban or ~suv or Xav?). Or if it's an extension and you can tell me which one (and where to get it) I wouldn't mind doing a bit of research, to try and learn the answer. I could take a couple of wild stabs at the answer, but much better if I try to learn first, lol!
